I have a problem where Due dates and Actual end dates don't appear in tickets created in Jira Service Management. It looks like this:
Does anyone know how to resolve this?
What is that actual end date? Due date is a system field which needs to be updated or filled in.

The due date is supposed to be created where it's 4 days after the ticket was created. Though not sure if it's not in there due to not having an automation rule.
