Hi there! The question arose, how does this work for others.
There is a Service Desk project with its own email account.
There are customers from different domains. The domain is known and the organization has been created for it.
As a rule, issues are sent to this email. If the client is new, the error "Signup is not currently available" is displayed in the logs, you have to add a user to the organization manually, then create an application on his behalf / ask to send the request again.
Has anyone managed to make it so that customers are automatically created from one domain when sending a mail?
