How do you exclude a workflow status from the SLA

Kathryn Gerrell October 19, 2022

Hi,

I'm setting up SLA's for a new Team Managed Project.  At the moment this only requires one Request Type so just one workflow.  However within the workflow there are two paths that can be taken which would result in two different SLA's being required.

I think I have figured out how to apply a different SLA if "Order Shipped to Vianet Engineer" was required, but I can not work out how I exclude this status from being counted within the SLA if "Order Shipped to Customer" was selected.

I'm still learning about Jira and it's capabilities so am probably only using very basic SLA rules.

The SLA for "Order Shipped to Customer" SLA starts from Issue Created and finishes when "Order Shipped to Customer" is selected.  This SLA is still counting against a ticket with status " Order Shipped to Vianet Engineer" when I do not want it too.

Can anyone help with this please?!
