How do you map a field via Zapier

We are integrating JIRA through to a new system via the Zapier integration & need to map an email field to the Reporter field in JIRA. 

We have liaised with Zapier who have in turn confirmed that the filed needs to be mapped to the associated field in JIRA by a dding a new mapping by going to the 'Field Mapping Config Interface in Jira > and Field Mapping > Click Add.

In our cloud instance this is not visible? 

Is this a Marketpace add-on? if so can anyone recommend one please?
