How does one change the recipient of a Service Management project new email request? I updated the Project Lead, yet I still continue to receive all the new request notifications.
Any idea how to point those to someone else?

Project Lead just states who leads the project. You have to look:

The notification I'm looking to redirect doesn't seem to be affected by any of those options, but I may be overlooking it. There's always that.
It's the notifications of a new ticket submission to a service management project that I'm looking to get to someone else.
When a customer emails our Service Desk, a copy of that request is automatically emailed to only me. It's not forwarding from the account receiving the email, so I think it has to be in Jira. I'd like that to go to someone on my team.
Does that clarify? There are so many notifications that it's hard to clearly define them for you.
