Maybe no Resolution is being set in the transition to the Resolved status in the underlying workflow.
If Resolved is a final status in the workflow (instead of Closed), it should be provided with a Resolution through one of this alternative methods:
Please, note that a similar post-function to clear the Resolution field shoud be added to all transitions from Resolved to any other non-final statuses. In other words, if the ticket is reopened, then the Resolution field should contain no value.

I have those steps in place. This is a huge ordeal as it appears there are multiple pages tof tickets when in fact they are mostly resolved. Is there a way to chage the view to not include Resolved status?

I have resolved my issue, there were several that did not have the completed status I added a post function and then did a bulk transition and my issue is resolved. Thanky oyu for all the help,
