How long project exists in archive project

Hi,

I want to move a project to archive and when ever required I need to restore it. I need to do these using rest API for Jira cloud.

Is it possible to do in JSM cloud??

It is my understanding that when project is archived, it is simply hiding a project so it doesn't interfere with your "active" projects. It stays in that archived state until you either decide to restore them or actively delete them yourself.
