I want to send the files in issue from Jira to Service Now on Cloud, Is possible with scriptrunner? and how?

Hi @Angel Ferreira

For your requirement, you can use the ScriptRunner Console to send REST requests to the external service, i.e. Service Now.

Please refer to the example from the Adaptavist Library on how to invoke and pass requests to external services.
