How to Integrate LogicMonitor with Jira Service Management?

I want to integrate LogicMonitor with Jira Service Management but I am not getting the Integration option under the Operation menu.

Hi @Shuvadeep Samanta

From the operation menu dropdown, you need to go to "Overview" first to select the appropriate team that you want to integrate LogicMonitor with.

Once you are in the "Team" menu, you should be able to find the integration tab and add LogicMonitor integration from there.

Or integrate with a 3rd party application using the API from Jira and the 3party application to see how information can be transferred from one to the other and/or vice versa.
