Migrate from sysaid to jira service desk
From Jira Service Desk perspective on Cloud, you will need to have an export from your previous system (sysaid) in CSV format in order to do an import to JSD. Then you can use the External System Import from Jira settings > System to upload the csv file and import into your Service Desk Project
