How to Send only attachments to email By using share option

Hi 

Can anyone let me know how to share the attachments only to email that are attached to JSM tickets...?

@Ravisekhar_g that is sharing the issue with others.  There is not a way to share the attachments.  Once the issue is shared they can view the attachments in the issue.
