How to add Customer as Approval

Hello Everybody,

 

We have a new process in which our customer has to approve the activity.

We are pretty new in this area.

Following are few more information's for you to guide us.

1. Customer can receives notifications on the ticket properly.

2. Approval within our organization is working as required.

 

We now want on particular status of the ticket, the customer should approve it from their portal.
