How to add the Group approvals in the JSM Change Request workflow please help me the steps.

Do we have a option to add the group approvals in JSM if yes how to configure the same.

Hi @Sreenadh ,

you can add all persons from a specific Jira field. This can be single user, multi user or group picker fields.
Additionally you can select that the requests have to be approved by everyone.

Another option would be to chain multiple statuses with separate approvals.
