Hi, we are using JSM to communicate with customers and support via email.
Problem sending messages with embedded content (* .JPG, * .doc, doesn't matter) Clients receive attachments stored on JIRA servers: .atlassian.net / servicedesk / customershim / secure / attachment / 11538 / ....... To view the attachment, the client needs to register on the project portal, but this is bad, how to bypass the registration requirement, tell me? Just download the files that we will send by email.
Atlassian is working on a feature request to get this implemented. You can vote for it and watch it by going here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-3371
If you need it immediately I believe you would have to use an app like JEMH.
