Can you link two issues raised by the client automatically from some common field between the two or the summary?

If you're looking to automatically link two issues together if some fields match each other, I'd recommend using Jira's automation. You can set up a rule (either globally or in a specific project) that looks for particular values in a field. If they match, then you can take some action as part of the automation rules.
