Like the Post title says, looking view monthly (previous months) total closure of Issues for our team and then going forward monthly as well.
And then break this down to show number of Issues that were assigned per team member as well per month? A chart or graphic with numbers would be great.
Using Jira Project Management.
Thanks in Advance!
Hi, @Clark_ Ryan
Welcome to the community!
I believe Jira standard gadgets cannot provide this ability. You can try to use the two-dimensional gadget and relate team members and issues, but there is no advanced option to give you more details.
If you are open to a marketplace solution, I recommend you try Mindpro Graphy. The app allows you to create easy-to-use dashboards quickly and share them internally or with customers via the customer portal.
The gadgets are interactive, so you can filter the entire dashboard by clicking on a chart segment, for example. You can choose from over 50 gadgets (ITSM, custom, and assets).
To illustrate what you are mentioning, I created an example with the "Created x Done" charts. You can configure the timeline gadget to show data by month, for example. You can also choose to include the created issues in the "Done" count or not.
If you prefer, you can add these gadgets to a standard Jira dashboard and keep each chart with an independent filter, basic or JQL.
I hope that helps.

Eduardo
Hi @Clark_ Ryan,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Jira provides all kind of gadgets and reports that your could try, but I'm afraid none of them will display the info in the format you want.
The solution would be to search on Atlassian Marketplace for an app (plugin) that provides a report of gadget capable to display this info.
In case you want to try a plugin, our Great Gadgets app offers a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget that can display this info on your Jira dashboards with just a few clicks. You can configure the gadget to display the result as a table, heatmap table or charts of various types, as in these examples:
You could also try the Cumulative Flow Diagram chart gadget offered by the same app, configured to display bands by assignee. See more examples about these gadgets in this article: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/App-Central-articles/An-effective-dashboard-for-Service-Desk-and-Customer-Support/ba-p/2360369
