How to change Request type ICON in the JSM project?

Hello Team,

Good day,

How can we remove the Request Type ICON permanently in Jira cloud JSM project. We need not require icon to the request type.

Also, How can we rename the "Contact us about" in the Customer Portal.

Any quick suggestions will be more helpful.

Hello @Jakeer 

To edit the icon of your Request Type just follow these steps:

• Open your project and go to Project Settings
• Click on Request Types
• Click to Edit your Request Type;
• Now just click on the Request Type icon that is displayed.
• Select your new icon and click on Save changes

Thanks for your response.

Unfortunately my question was "We do not require any icon to the Request type". We want the icon to be removed permanently instead of changing new icon to the Request type.

Also, How can we rename the "Contact us about" in the Customer Portal.

Hello @Jakeer 

You should select atleast one icon. As a workaround, take photo with white background and upload it and it should appear as nothing is linked with icon.

Here is the navigation for the same. Click on the icon and upload photo with while blank background.
