We no longer use the self-service portal in Jira. We would like to direct everyone to an outside link, such as supportcenter.xxxxxxxxxx.org
Can the link to the customer channel be changed?
Since you are no longer using the portal for JSM, you will need to work with your infra team to create a backend re-direction process to reroute your incoming events to your new target.
We have not done that before, so hope this idea may help you.
