How to change the "From" filed in an email that is sent to a customer from Service Desk management, for a specific project? Now there is an old Project name which we changed in the meantime.

If you want to edit the project name in the notification email in order to reflect the new project name (under details), please check Project Settings -> Portal Settings and check the name on Service project information
This name is the one visible on the customer portal and not the name of the project you see internally.
