How to check if a reporter belongs to a Jira team?

Hi all, 

We need to enable some Jira automation based on the reporter's grouping information. There are 3 grouping concepts in Jira -- Group, Organization and Team. Group and Organization seems to be managed by admins only and thus not well up to date or to the granularity we want. Teams are used by users are well curated for our case. 

However, we only see a way to check if a reporter belongs to Group and Organization, but not Team. Any suggestion? Thank you.

Unfortunately, gathering team members is not yet available as a native condition option.  However, it is possible to capture this via the API using a Send Web Request action.  The end goal is different, but the approach is the same in this answer if you need more info:

In your case, you'd want to use the Send Web Request output as part of an Advanced Condition which would evaluate whether the reporter ID exists in the returned list of members.
