How to copy the "Current assignee" as the same with "TPM assignee"？

How to set the JIRA automoation, that when a status changes (eg. to do-->in progress), the "Current Assignee" automatically copy the account in "TPM Assignee"?

Hi Tianchi,

So for the Trigger you can choose Issue transitioned from To Do to In Progress

Regarding the assignee, Select Assign issue as Action. In Value to use, select the TMP assignee field and save.

And to copy assignee to TPM assignee you can use smart value {{triggerissue.assignee}} in a edit action.
