How to create JEP and Scripted Custom fields in Jira Cloud

Hello, I wanted to create custom fields such as 1st Response Time, Last Closer, Last Reopen, Last Close, Aging, Time passed till resolution, Response Time, Escalation Counter, Reopening Counter, Reopening Counts in our Cloud Jira instance but surprisingly, I couldn't see any options to add or create these fields. The same fields I have set up in our Jira DC with so much ease as we have JEP fields and scripted custom fields available by default to achieve this. 

I would like to know is there any option to add above mentioned custom fields just like in Jira DC.
