Hi All,
We are using rest/servicedeskapi/request API to create JIRA ticket.
Now while creating the ticket by default issue creating as Incident, but we want it should create default as Problem in Jira.
It might be some configuration required while creating the ticket.
Could someone help us to fix this issue?

An issue's type that is created via API can be configured as per the documentation here.
If your issue is with the default issue type specifically, this can be set within your project's Issue Type Scheme.
