I would like to create an issue in Jira for different issues that don't rely on multiple reactions. From what I can tell, the only way to create an issue in Jira using a reaction in Slack is to choose the :ticket: emoji. This will then create the issue. Then, using automations, I can add a second reaction to assign the issue to a different user, or change the status. But I would like to create the issue and assign it to a different user and status based on the type of emoji. If a user chooses the :bug: emoji reaction, without first entering the :ticket: emoji reaction, then I want the automation to assign this bug to a specific user and update the status. Is this possible?

You can update the emoji in the Slack workflow configuration and change the emoji under the event.
