How to create a filter th that shows data if a certain field contains data?

I need to create a filter where a certain field contains data and if it does, then show the results.  How can I do this?

Hi @Nicolas Grossi  sorry, I am not following.  If 2 Jira tickets and a field A on one Jira ticket has data in it, while the second Jira ticket doesn't have any data in the Field A field.  I want the filter to bring back the one Jira ticket, so this can be done?  If so how?

I was able to use the "is not empty" so that worked.  Thank you.
