How to create an automation rule to schedule send an email to a team monthly

The rule can be created in the below manner
- The trigger can be set to a schedule to run on the First Day of the Month; this can be customised to be the first Monday or so as well.
- The issues can be filtered using the JQL as well.
- Choose the as action as Send email, define the recepients, subject and content.
