How to create custom fields of type Approvals?

Hi Team,

I am able to find the a fields Approvals (of type on dev env) but not on QA env. Could you please help me with steps and configurations to create the field of type Approvals.

I need Approvals type to field to track the pending approvals and approvals provided. Hence, need to use this type of field.

Also, let me know, if it is possible to have different Approvals fields for different kinds of approval.

You can setup different approval fields for different workflows.  You can follow the steps here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver072/configuring-jira-service-desk-approvals-832185058.html   Really an approval field is just a user picker.
