In Jira Service Management, there is one email ID assigned to our service portal which we want to remove permanently as the person is resigned but notifications are still going to them. How do i delete the details manually as an admin.

Good day Welcome to Atlassian Community!!
check few things.
1. Make sure user is removed from the Service Project.
2. From admin console (Atlassian Access/Guard) make sure that account is suspended/deactivated
3. If email is mentioned any Automation, remove it from there
Hello Akhand...Tried all the above and deleted the emails and name but still the emailid is assigned to out support email address. i could see the name associated under CUSOTMERS but there is no option to delete or edit. Can you pls sugggest...
