Our JSM project has the following customer permission for who can share requests:
Who can customers share requests with?
Any customer or organization, by searching in this project
According to Atlassian documentation, this setting will let Jira create accounts for any E-Mail entered (unregistered).

...They can provide email addresses of these people and Jira will create accounts for them. Such unregistered email addresses...
Is there any way to stop Jira from doing this without taking away the possibility to share requests for customers?
