I'm looking for an add-on that allows the Assignee to be visible on the Portal so that the reporter can see who is handling their ticket. I would really appreciate any suggestions. Any feedback is much appreciated.
You can have such functionality in our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. You can define which fields would you like to present, for whom, under which conditions. What is worth to mention also, in this app you can have more features: customer actions (for example, for edit requests), announcement banners, request steps.
