Most portal customer profiles in JSM need a full name added or modified, since it defaults to the email address. I used to do that in Administration > User management > Portal customers. Now it looks like Administration > Directory > Users / Groups / Managed accounts. The portal customers have disappeared. Where do I go to edit portal customer names???
On the new user management interface, the list of Portal customers is under the site's settings:
Go to your site's Administration > Products > On the left-side menu, click your site's name > Portal Customers.
From there, you can click Edit full name to edit customers' names.

I can see that in this doc and in the new portal there is no way to filter the Customer Accounts or the people who have only access to the site and don't have access to products
I would raise an Atlassian Ticket on behalf of this
