Now we're starting to use JSM and we already assigned the service agent to receive the ticket and update. However, if I want to enforce every service agent need to use the MFA.
What do I need to fulfill this requirement? Do I need to ask every service agent to register an Atlassian account?

In order to apply security policies, including enforcing 2FA, it’s necessary to subscribe to Atlassian access.
Using Atlassian access, you can verify the domain, and then you can manage all the accounts, including forcing them to use 2FA.
