Hi all, we are part of an Org set up, so we have customers that come in via email for example which I understand appears in the customers section of the JSM Project.
But we also have customers come in as part of an Org which means they have an Atlassian account and thus do not come in under the customers section. But they very much have tickets that exist.
Is it possible for me to create a list of the customers of a certain domain (***@domain.com) which allows me to see both the customers but also the org Atlassian user customers.
