How to find all the issues created by customer?

I want to find out all the issues which are created by the customer from all the project in JSD.

@Gajanan Sasane -

You can use -

1) project = xxxxx and "Customer Request Type" is not EMPTY (for a single JSD project)

2) "Customer Request Type" is not EMPTY (for all JSD projects)

3) reporter = xxxxx and "Customer Request Type" is not EMPTY (for a specific customer for all JSD projects)

Essentially, when a custom files an issue in JSD, he/she is the "reporter" of the issue.  "Customer Request Type" is only associated with JSD projects, it is the Request Type (form) that users use from the JSD portal to submit his/her issues to your JSD project(s).
