how to fix once SLA is Fail at First transition. again second transition is with in the SLA.
once SLA is Fail that SLA is fail. but that was not shows how can i get that one also
open ----> InProgress <----> Test -----> done
SLA time 2 Min Start at "InProgress" end at "test" in this condition is fail. (it takes more than 2 Min)
next time same SLA completed in 1min this condition is with in the SLA
final resolute is fail
but it shows With in the SLA
how its Possible
