How to generate reports in JSM?

I want to generate a report in which the percentage of rejected change requests should be shown in graph/chart. And also I wanted to export that in pdf format.

@Ankit Jaiswal I think you can use the delievered JSM customer reports to create a graph that would show the rejected issues.

if you have Custom Chart adds you can easily generate such a report

make advance query project in ("Change Management") AND status in ("Rejected") and select option chart by assignee or reporter(as per your requirement) you will find a good chart report
