I would like to hide the automation Paragraph from Agent screen on JSM Cloud

Do you propose any solution for this request ?

This is not an option.

Question on this, why, this gives information on automation rules run on an issue and if these rules where executed or not.

If an agent collapses this, this setting will be kept in his cookie and on every issue the view will be collapsed unless opened by the agent.
