How to import csv file and creating some custom fields during import?

I have csv file for import to Jira project, and I want to create custom field during import and map csv field to that custom field.

You can't, the Custom Fields need to be created first in the system before you can use them in an work item or CSV import.

I was confused, cause there is a option to chose to create custom filed with name and type (number, text..). That's why.

Ok, I will create them first.

Btw, can "Custom fields" belongs only to one project?
