How to limit Original Estimate for subtask for 4 hours in Jira Server?

I want to limit the Original Estimate for Sub-task to 4 hours in Jira Server.
How can we do that?

Can anyone give me solution for this?

Welcome to the community.  Unfortunately, it is not possible to limit on what users enter in against the Original Estimate field systematically.  The only way that you can achieve it is through business process training of your users.

For business process training of your users is simply notifying them that when entering Original Estimate time of your rule "Nothing greater 4 hours".
