But this is only for cloud. I need a solution for Data Center version (We have Software and Service Desk).

Indeed, that article seems specific to team-managed projects, which is specific to Cloud. Not sure if this is possible in Data Center, but it might work, just give it a try.
A better alternative to the limited Jira's gadgets and reports is our Great Gadgets app, which offers all you need for building powerful dashboards to track metrics your Service Desk projects in Jira Data Center and/of Confluence: SLA , average satisfaction score, ART, AHT, KPIs, etc
