How to manage two insatnces in one instance in JSM

Hi,

How to manage two instances in one instance in JSM like i have only one Prod Instance and their i want to create 2 Projects one should be Dev and and should be Prod.

for Example:

1. Service Desk Dev

2. Service Desk Prod

both the projects are same and configurations also similar but Dev project is going to handle only Dev team.

Prod project is going to handle all the End users.

Please help me out on the same.

Can i copy the project?

Hi @Sreenadh 

You can create new project with shared configuration (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-a-new-project/). Then you can add different teams in project roles.

I want to give some users for only Portal access.

i want to create a user with username and password and if the same user is going to login with the credentials.

once user is login with the same credentials then it will redirect to the portal.

is this possible in jira.
