How (best) to notify a group (either by project role, or a user group) when an issue is added to a specific queue.
We have several support groups, to which tickets can be assigned (one at a time). I would like to configure a notification for when this occurs.
Since JSM queue is based on certain criteria, you can use Automation for Jira (standard component in CLOUD) to establish rule to send out custom notification which based on the same criteria.
