We are using JSH with a Helpdesk linked to Confluence. Our Confluence sites use cross references which are smart links. When these links are displayed in JSH Helpdesk, the link is rewritten to point to the correct JSH Helpdesk site. However the `inline` links also have a preview feature and that preview points to the Confluence site.
We dont't need the preview, but AFAIK it cannot be disabled. Also we don't want to use plain URLs. What can we do in order to not have links to Confluence is JSH Helpdesk?
