We are revamping several of our JSM portals, and I am editing the text for the portals and for the Help Center. Both of these use markdown.
I used to simply use another project that had a markdown previewer (see below) then copy/paste it for quick use. However, I can't find any previewer anywhere. Was it removed? And if so, why?
It was useful and saved a lot of time. :(
Hello!
If the markdown previewer you used is no longer available, consider using alternatives like online editors (Dillinger or StackEdit), plugins for code editors (Markdown Preview Enhanced for Visual Studio Code or Markdown Preview for Atom), or desktop apps (Typora or MarkdownPad). These tools can help you efficiently preview and edit your markdown content for your JSM portals and Help Center.
Best Regards,
Sadly those editors don't seem to contain the same exact Jira specific Markdown. If anyone out there has figured out how to preview Jira's Markdown Language, it would be most appreciated since the Automation screen does not have a WYZIWIG mechanism and cloud has removed the preview button.
