How to provide customer to only view access of all requests of JSM from customer portal?

Hey team, another day another question!

I have a JSM stander licence in my ORG. I want to do such a kind of configuration that customers can able to search all requests from the portal itself or able to see via URL  from the portal side.

Seems the only option is if you add the customer to the same organization.
