We have different teams working in ICT. We assign tickets to the groups, and then the resource who is working on any ticket, assign it him using "Assign to me" option....I need to know to put "Email distribution group" in "Assignee" field in JIRA service management.

The only solution for this would be the creation of Atlassian Accounts with this distribution groups. This comes with the tradeoff that you will have to pay for these dummy users too.

You might want to instead consider using a Group Picker field along with User Groups that you define, or the Atlassian Team feature with the Team field, as a method for "assigning" the issues to a team.
