Hello -
Two of my colleagues cannot see the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the Queue view where one can edit their assignment queue. As far as I know, their access privileges are the same as mine. Would anyone know how to make this a feature available to them? I'm wondering if maybe I have a simple setting set that they would need to do as well.

Base on the documentation you need to be an admin to be able to use Delete Queue.
