How to remove a flag on JSM?

The "Remove flag" button inside the issue do not exist - can only add flags via automation or via the Kanban (I use kanban project with my service issues for easier view)

Hi @Shahar Nissim, this it not currently possible. There is an open feature request in the Atlassian public issue tracker that you can vote on and add yourself as a watcher to receive notifications from now on.
