I want to send email to all people who is in the project customers,when my company has any new information.
I tried to select "All customers involved", but it doesn't work for me.(p1)
At first I thought this option would automatically send emails to all customers, apparently that doesn't seem right.
I want to ask what are these options mean and how can I automatically send email to all cutomers?

They are the values in those specific tickets processed by the automation.
