How to set up company devices in Jira Service Management?

I'm apart of a project in Jira Service Management, but I can't understand how to add company laptops/devices to it, I can see my service requests pending from customers and changes and etc but I can't seem to find out how to add a 'database' of devices with their names / serial number / who they're assigned to, etc

Hi @Jay Trim Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

For asset management in Jira Service Management, you need Insight which is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. This is not available for the Free product plan.
